Virtual Family Educational Session: Break the Anxiety Cycle


Join Eagle Valley Behavioral Health on Thursday, March 26th from 6:30PM – 7:30PM for a free virtual mental health family educational session. This session will cover ways in which to better understand the signs and symptoms associated with anxiety, whether it be your own or your child’s. Via a Zoom meeting link, participants will receive tools to understand the basics of anxiety and stress response while learning helpful skills to support someone with anxiety.

Presenter Alex Yannacone is the community programs manager at the Helen and Arthur E. Johnson Depression Center. She has an extensive background in implementation and training for prevention and intervention of mental health services and education.
