Jacobellis Honors First Responders

2006 Olympic silver medallist and 10 times X Games gold medal winner Lindsey Jacobellis reminds us to take a little time to give back. The snowboard cross great (virtually) sang songs including “Take Me the Way I Am” to front line workers at Vail Health in Colorado.

The performance was part of Musicians On Call’s Virtual Bedside Performance Program.

“It is so out of my wheelhouse, and it challenges me,” said Jacobellis. “And the challenges that medical professionals have to take every day – and that’s just their normal work – I owe this challenge to myself because I owe it to them.”
