FDA Panel Votes in Favor of Pfizer Coronavirus Vaccine

Thursday saw 3,100 coronavirus deaths in the U.S., which is now approaching 300,000 deaths since the start of the pandemic. Meanwhile, an independent FDA advisory committee recommended the use of Pfizer’s vaccine, which now appears to be on a fast track for FDA approval. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
