Watch: Eagle Valley Behavioral Health 2019-20 Year In Review (Inglés y Español)

Stricken with a rise in emergency room visits for anxiety and depression and an increase in suicides, the Eagle River Valley was hurting. In January 2019, with the community rallying to make a change, Vail Health committed $60 million to create Eagle Valley Behavioral Health (EVBH). Shortly followed, was the launch of It Takes A Valley: Transforming Behavioral Health, a $100 million fundraising campaign led by Vail Health Foundation and EVBH to transform the Eagle Valley’s behavioral health system through community partnership and collaboration.

We now celebrate all that EVBH has accomplished in its first year thanks to the community, while also looking into the future of this valley, to when one day we spend as much time, effort, and resources on our behavioral health as we do our physical health.
