24/7 Program

Nurse Concierge

To recognize our generous benefactors who support Vail Health and Eagle Valley Behavioral Health, Vail Health Foundation offers exclusive membership to our 24/7 Program.

This special recognition program, also referred to as concierge care, provides our qualifying benefactors with 24/7 access to specially-trained team members ready to facilitate any health care needs.

Benefactors who have supported Vail Health with gifts totaling $100,000 or more are qualified for personalized access to Vail Health as well as the following specialists and services:

• A dedicated and specially-trained 24/7 staff with nursing credentials and experience
• Referrals to an appropriate health care facility or provider, or specialty care provider
• Assistance in scheduling outpatient appointments and diagnostic testing
• Personal assistance for direct admission to the hospital
• Personal facilitation upon arrival to the Emergency Department (ED)
• Assistance in establishing a relationship with physicians
